Fight cancer at the world’s longest hockey game.

t’s going to be grueling. It’s going to be insane. It’s going to be inspirational. Buffalo’s HARBORCENTER will play host to one continuous 11-day hockey game to raise money for Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

Forty fearless players will spend over 250 hours on the ice. The 11-Day Power Play will be an unfathomably fierce fight—yet it’s nothing compared to the battle cancer patients face each day.

a record

breaking goal

The title for the world’s longest hockey game is currently held by Dr. Brent Saik and Friends in Saiker’s Acres, Alberta, Canada who played for 250 hr 03 min 20 sec between February 6th and 16th 2015. Buffalo locals Mike and Amy Lesakowski, and a group of determined friends, have set their sights on breaking that record, hoping to raise at least $1,000,000 along the way.

The forty players who will run the gauntlet will be required to eat, sleep and breathe hockey—literally living at HARBORCENTER for 11 days, along with raising $10,000 each for the cause.
